This machine can be used for testing the national standard gb17945-2010 "fire emergency lighting and evacuation indicator system" and the built-in power supply fire emergency lighting and fire emergency lamp.

7.6.3 Experimental Procedure

Will sample the main electric cable according to the wiring diagram experiment device, make its are main power state, adjust experiment device, make the output voltage drops slowly, until the sample into the emergency state, record the output voltage; The output voltage is slowly rising until the sample is returned to the main current state and the output voltage is recorded. Adjust the main voltage of the lamp, make it slowly change in the range of 60% ~ 85% of the main electric voltage, observe and record the status of the lamp.

6.8 The main electric voltage of the system from the main electrical state to the emergency state shall be within 60% ~ 85% of the main electric voltage. The main electric voltage of the emergency response to the main electric state shall not be greater than 85% of the main electric voltage. System voltage in the main electrical voltage, either within the scope of 60% ~ 85% voltage should not occur status indicators and relay switch phenomenon such as beating for many times, not shiny type illuminant light blinking status should not occur.

7.2.2 electrify the lamps and lanterns of 24 h into the emergency state, check the starter fluorescent lighting lamps and lanterns of starting conditions (when necessary to fai and short circuit), and records the conversion time, start the time at the same time, until the batteries to its termination voltage, record the emergency work time.

The emergency switching time of the system should not be greater than 5s; The emergency switching time of the system used in high-risk areas should not be greater than 0.25 s.

The emergency working time of the system should not be less than 90min and not less than the emergency working time of the calibration of the lamp itself

7.2.2.5 Cut off the main power source of the built-in power supply or the sub-parent lamp, make it in a state of emergency, short-circuit and ground the main power cord, and check the working condition of the lamp.

The emergency status of the power supply and the sub - type lamps should not be affected by the short circuit and grounding of the main power supply line.

7.3.2.2 Transfer the sample to the emergency mode until the discharge protection is activated. At this moment, the terminal voltage of the battery is measured and the test sample is observed to restart, and then the static discharge current is measured.

The built-in power supply should be protected by discharge. The discharge termination voltage of the battery should not be less than 80% of the rated voltage of the battery, and the static discharge current should not be greater than 10-5c20a.

For 50 consecutive times, the sample will be kept for 1min by the main current state, then the emergency status will be kept for 20 seconds.

The system shall be able to complete the working state cycle of at least 50 "main electrical state 1min, emergency mode 20s, main current state 1 min".

7.2.2.13 Make the flashing signal lamp in the emergency condition, measure its shining frequency and light and non-lighting time ratio.

For 10 consecutive times, the sample will be fully charged and then transferred to emergency status until discharge protection is started. Record the first and final discharge time

6.9 System shall complete the charging and discharging process of 10 "full charge, discharge termination and full charge" cycle. The final discharge time shall not be less than 85% of the initial discharge time and shall meet the requirements of 6.3.2.
